I agree with the earlier statement that blue is the best color for the Shelby
I would normally agree with you on the kona blue for this car, but I couldn't get anything but black because I honestly hate the way the plastic on the back looks. Having looked at several of the GT's they had I needed that flat black plastic to blend in better. I love the new rear end aside from that though.

Thanks man. Heh, for right now in my area I have the ONLY 2010 around. The dealership I bought it from has taken another order for one yet and none of the other 3 Ford dealers in my area have either.

Have I mentioned how much I love gadgets and toys? All the footwell, doorsill, and cupholder ambient lighting is greatly entertaining me right now, and I had the car lit up in red white and blue combinations last night for the 4th cruising around. (Seriously, the gauges, halos and background dash colors have a "Red White Blue" setting ). This is also my first experience with MyColor and the idea that I can change the colors of all the lights by adjusting the red/green/blue levels really, really appeals to my inner nerd.

SYNC is the best thing Ford has ever done for their entire range. The nav is incredibly easy to use, the ipod connection is f-ing great and I don't have to buy a special cord (I'm looking at you BMW and Audi). The ability to bring up the current weather radar centered about my location or my route is great, and if I am stopped or if a passenger wants to while I'm driving (safety first, of course) I can check sports scores, traffic, weather and all sorts of ****. Its not a straight up internet connection but Sirius provides all this **** via travelink. Oh, I can also watch DVDs now - so when you see the news story about the Hampton Roads man arrested for watching porn on the highway don't be surprised. Enough about the toys. I'm going to gather my thoughts a bit more and actually talk about the driving here in a little bit but I hate wall of text posts so I'll stop here.

Well your black and white one is sweet also. I saw a black one with the grabber blue stripes and didn't care for it at all. I love the stripes in the seats, and that is one reason I didn't go for black stripes.

I've got an F-150 with the electronics package, I don't know how I ever owned a car without it before. Have you started loading music into the harddrive yet?

yeah the inside ambient lighting and color settings are cool... Red white and blue gauges with blue ambient is my favorite setting I usually use.. The only inside trick I wish I had was the sync... I plan on going to the dealer and having that added

Is that standard for the '09 and below as well? No matter, that 'five consecutive miles' part WILL be satisfied by noon today.
That has been std. since they came out. Im sure that mileage thing is taken care of by now so Enjoy the car. A word of caution...the F-1s are not very sticky and the suspension will allow alot of wheel hop

Nice car glad to hear that there are happy 2010 owners out there So what are the mod plans if any? Have you seen that insideline dyno'd a stock gt500 at 511 to the wheels on cali p*ss water 91 octane? I would love to see what a pulley/tune swap 2010 shelby can do
