I think its like some prefering the 05-09 Mustang vs the 2010...allot has to do with change in the looks...some of it takes a little getting used to and some of us can never get used to it...this is what happens everytime a body style change is implemented. I prefer the look of the 07-09 GT500 over the 2010...it all depends what you LIKE..I cant sway what your opinion will be...ultimately whichever one you like, you will be getting a beast....good luck

Yep, some people prefer the look over what could be gained by going to the 2010 performance wise.

If your tried to give me an mid 12 second car that looked like a G37 vs a high 12 car that looks like GT500 I'd take the Gt500. Just my opinion.

Maybe I'm missing something?

You need to quit drinking Hateraide, we have some and will soon have alot more members on this site with 2010+ Mustangs. It's like Ford kicked your dog when they came out with the 2010 Mustang. You need to cool your jets and remember you are on a Mustang site.

The rear is what I'm referring to sorry, should've clarified, the front and side of the new stang is killer, the rear reminds me of G37.

I do admit, the GT500 rear of the 2010 is the BEST rear out of all I've seen. (yes even the SMS rear with that damn shelf)

what he is saying is just that the rear of the 2010 is a little more rounded (thus the g37 comparison) as opposed to the previous years...again its all about preference...both are great cars performance wise...allot of people will buy the 2010 and love them....but just as some termie owners HATE the look of the 07-09 shelby cobra..some 07-09 owners hate the look of the 2010...its personal opinions and that is all...not something to read too much into..or try and dispell with pics etc...
