Default Found an 08 Shelby GT TT that claims 850hp

I'm browsing for a shelby to buy and caught this car online. So i went by and looked at it.. jesus christ someone bought this thing, drove it a few thousand miles, and then twin turbo'd it. Unreal, it's brand frickin new. Brb 850HP. Also saw a really nice Ferrari newer for under 60k. The guy who owns the place is rich I guess

With those miles, I've seen them sell for lower like around 39k in CA but they are stock. So I guess its a fair price considering the additional performance.

that's not a Shelby GT.
It's a GT500.

a freind of mine just sold his 07 gt500 with a TVS and plenty of other mods with 725 RWHP for like 32k...I would not pay extra $$$ IMO for a TT gt500....as allot have found out when you sell a modded car....the mods dont make the car worth MORE....unless you find someone specifically looking for the mods....

so how is it 850hp?? if it is 696 rwhp, that is not 850 at the crank...
more like a smidge under 800hp...still impressive numbers...I would also want to see tech data and what else they did to maintain even 696 rwhp....
but still for the price...not worth it to me....

UHH, maybe i'm confused, but how do you put a twin turbo setup on a car that already has a twin screw supercharger ontop of it?

The stock supercharger and the TVS upgrade are not twin screw they are both roots based s/c.. If built right you can put a turbo on allot of apps...
