Default 2012 shelby misfire need help please!!!

Hey guys im new to this site and im hoping that somebody may be able to help me with a misfire problem. I have a new Shelby with about 1100 miles on it. I just installed myself (im a licensed tech for 20 years) a ford racing 65mm throttle body, innovators west 10% overdrive balancer,2.6 supercharger pulley, idler kit and a JLT big air cold air kit and new plugs. afterwards of course i had a custom dyno tune done. Made 554 rwhp 550 rwtq. Car has great power but now i am experiencing misfire codes. Random misfire and misfire cylinders 2 and 8 specific. Tried fresh plugs..no luck. Swapped coils and misfire does not change cylinders. Has anybody experienced this problem? This is driving me crazy and im starting to regret the mods. Any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks, James.

Ya i have. Very reputible shop but they havent really seen this issue before. They suggested possibe crankshaft position sensor relearn. Reluctor wheel may have moved ever so slightly when i installed balancer?

I don't think you should be gapping them that low. That might be your issue. When I was making your power I had it gapped to .035. I'm about 725rwnp now and I'm only gapped to .032. That's most likely your issue...

The problem still exists, but im going to try the suggested plug gap of .035 and see what happens. Thanks for the input so far.
