S197 Shelby SectionThis section is for technical discussions pertaining specifically to the latest installment of the Shelby Mustangs; the Shelby GT, the CS6, and the awesome GT500.
Visited Dan at Pro Dyno in Fort Mill, SC today to dyno my car completely stock to get a baseline before I start my mods. Was pleasantly surprised by the numbers it got.
I'd be interested in seeing the SAE corrected numbers. STD is almost always higher, since no correction is done for environmental factors. Either way, these Shelby's are pretty stout right out of the box!

I don't have a copy of my stock SAE dyno, but I believe it was in the low 490's stock SAE. I wasn't concerned with SAE numbers because the weather at the time of the dyno was more in line with the correction figures for STD. I realize the interwebs only wants SAE, but SAE assumes you are dynoing on a nice sunny 70 degree day in California, and I wasn't in Cali But I do have the SAE and STD dyno charts for my post mods.
Here is the STD chart.. compared to my stock STD numbers I gained 61rwhp and 88ftlbs tq.
