Check to see if there is a badge from SVT on the driver side valve cover and I know the tac is on the right and speedo on the left but not sure if that changes from the GT. best way to do it is run the vin and double check. Good luck

Can't be sure from the angle but it also looks like the Cobra emblem is missing from the front grill.
I just went and double checked mine and sure enough, that Cobra emblem on the front fender is facing the wrong direction. In other words, make sure that car has not been in a wreck. Something doesnt smell right for sure!

I mean, just changing the supercharger pulley to a 2.59 or 2.6, adding an auxillary pulley, swapping to a JLT CAI and adding a tune will completely change that car!
To be more specific...
GT engine = 4.6l with 300hp and 320ft lbs torque
GT500 engine = 5.4l supercharged with 500hp and 480ft lbs torque

The rest Im going off of mine which I think is standard on all GT500's...
GT500 has a 6 speed manual (no automatics!!), suspension is beefier, body it's pretty easy to see the differences, interior is only slightly different with different colors, steering wheel, gauges are different...color palette and some finishes are also different. One other thing that was fairly surprising is that I wonder if they didnt do extra sound deadening because my GT500 is quieter on the interior than any of the other mustangs I've had.

Now I know you've talked like the GT and GT500 aren't that different, but until you've driven one, you'll never believe me. I just hope that you're not getting a clone or test driving a previously wrecked one either. They are a different car than a regular GT. Sorry but it's true.

Everything about that interior is wrong..... e-brake NOT Shelby, Console lid - NOT Shelby, door panels - NOT Shelby, Steering wheel - NOT Shelby.
Even the exhaust tips are not the same ones that are on a Shelby.
Rocker panels are painted.......even if he did paint it after the fact, why leave the bumper sides black?
Also it does not appear to have Brembos, by looking at the first pic, its hard to tell, but you can see a plain caliper bracket.

This is a clone, a poorly cloned one at that.
