Price of a decent shape 07-09 Snake?

I'm looking into getting back into a Mustang after selling my 09 Bullitt a few years ago.
Only going to buy a GT500 or a Roush. Preferably the Snake. Hawaii prices are through the roof, so I'm looking at buying in the Lower 48 and shipping out.
What are some average $$$ for a decent shape GT500 with say <50k miles? I'm not a collector, and car would be daily driven.

I have a 2008 with over 750hp never raced , never on a track with just a bit over 70k dd highway miles
Lotsa aftermarket parts including vmp tvs sc ; c&r heat exchanger ; short throw shifter .. Kr exhaust ...McLeod rxt clutch etc etc

The goal is either a 13 or 14... Regardless if I would sell my 08 or not..
I'm not really advertising my 08 for sale anywhere and probably won't either ..
Just pop in on some threads to spark interest.. If someone said ok here is 30k
