Best to check with whoever be tuning your car, I've heard horror stories on the cobra jet throttle bodies for anything other than straight drag racing... which they're supposed to be great at. Mostly idle and light throttle issues that I've heard about.

I personally would suggest the dual 65mm Cobra Jet TB unless you are making a lot of power. The drivability will be better and it will flow enough to support 750-800rwhp. If you go with the mono-blade TB it can be very tricky to tune (particularly in part throttle tip in situations), I would suggest someone that specializes only in GT500s to handle it. Personally I've used VMP in the past with great success.

Good stuff! You'll love the Cobra Jet TB. The Bama team should have no problem tuning for that set up! You can definitely hit them up and though and make sure you're comfortable before purchasing your new TB.

The installation is very simple. Shouldn't take long at all! I'm not sure if this is smog legal in your location. I'm not sure why it wouldn't be. We've had no reports of that being an issue in the past!

Hope this helps. Let me know if we can be of any further assistance! Make sure you hit me up before you purchase as well. I'll hook you up with a 6% forums discount code!
