I did call saleen and got a call back, but the girl could only verify authenticity which i was thankful for,especially since i had already purchased it but she was in a rush and could not give me details. Its on the 5 spoke saleens and by most my research i think 88 came with mesh. Anyone out there interested in a trade,lets. I have all 4 89 and up 5 spoke saleen wheels, missing caps and im searching for mesh wheels. text or call anytime. (323)424-6208

I had a tree limb hit my trunk on my "Saleen" a while back. I had to take it back and they were telling me it wasn't a Saleen. I have the following information on it:



1. Saleen on all seats

2. saleen plate on console # 03-0046

3. Saleen plates on both front fenders

4. Under Hood sticker with saleen # 3S3XR010S JDA

5. Saleen plate on firewall, Saleen VIN # 3F314285

6. Saleen across rear bumper

7. Black mess in all the air holes for body trim

8. Black roll bar with brake light in it behind driver & Passenger

9. Mach Audio System

10. Sallen engine pulley system

11. Saleen Brand rims

12. Bad a** exhaust system

13. Convertable

Please help me verify this is a Saleen and send anything you can for me to show them. Thank you so much for your time.

Hi and thank you for your help. I would like to verify the authenticity of a vehicle. The VIN is 1FAFP49Y93F442918 and the badge says 03-013. The info I have been able to find says it is a white coupe but this is a red convertible.
