Hey Guys, Looking for some suggestions. I installed a Pioneer AVIC-D1 in my wife’s 05 Saleen. Got the Sirius tuner and Ipod controller with it and now my wife is complaining the factory speakers are not up to snuff. She wants more. So I’m looking to see what you guys did to improve the sound. If you used an amp,, also were did you mount it and if you have any pictures that would be great.

I went with a Pioneer DVD player up front with PolkAudio speakers and Polk amps. I mounted the amps on the backsides of the rear seats. Also Polk subs in the trunk. I'll put pics up later.

Damn that fits in there nicely I left my stock speakers alone as I enjoy the exhaust note more than music But I did add an MTX Thunderform 1x12 in the trunk and it compliments the door subs pretty well.

Yea the stereo is pretty cool. It does sound alot better now than the stock head unit. But, its pretty easy to overwhelm the stock speakers now. Which reminds me,, I should take a look at the sound levels, they might be too high. The car is N/A, only mods are I added the Saleen HID's and the Exhaust Mod you Posted quite some time back. Which my wife loves and says Thank You...
