I used RPM outlet and they gave me the fastest service and the product fit well in my snake. You just had a bad experience, no reason to go out badmouthing their name.

Are you saying that you paid for something 5 months ago and still have no product or refund?
I too have had a problem with RPMOutlet. If they have it in stock it will be shipped out fast. If they don't have it in stock (which you have no way of telling from the website), then you will never get your part. I ordered a Flowmaster exhaust and Hurst shifter. I receieved an email the next day saying the products had shipped. Flowmaster was at my door in 4 days, but the shifter wasn't. It has been a little over three weeks. I have made 6 calls where I got immediately disconnected, 2 calls where I was told they only do customer service via email, and 1 call where I had to leave a message (and neverreceived a callback). I have sent two emails to the help desk and never recieved any response. I have sent two emails to the exchange email addres and both were returned as undeliverable. Thier prices are great, but you are rolling the dice when you place the order.
I am telling you guys, your time will come on this one, i promise. If you go under a google search and type in RPM Outlet, their website will come out, then under that you will see all the websites that are trashing them. I told you guys about an underdrive pulley that i never recieved, well, thats just what happened. Seven months later and still no pulley. I gave up after 3 months of trying. Maybe thats what they wanted all along. But thats the last time i will ever buy from them!!!!!! [:@]
