Birdiemann?? Hasn't been around in a few months and he was always so knowledgeable. I know he was supposed to be the first customer with the new S-281E thanks to the dealer fiasco with his Beryllium '02 (even saw a quick mention of it in 5.0 Magazine), then it was on hold until the forged 5 spokes were available.....so was just wondering if anybody has heard from him or if he got his car yet. His silence concerns me, I sure hope he didn't take his money to the dark side and get a Z06 [8D]

What happened to his 02 Beryllium E? I saw it for sale here in Utah and I guess he bought it and there was some kind of accident afterwards. What was it?

It was in for Dealer Service and they totalled on the test drive [:@] He got his money andwas supposed to get the first new gen S-281E back in 2005. They didn't end up making them until 2006 so he was going crazy - then decided to hold off until the 19" 5 spokes were available......and that was the last I heard.

Interesting he's logged on recently but not responded.

Trust me! He loves the extremes. I wouldn't be surprised if he bought one and started to do some mods already.
