I found a 1994 boss for sale. I have no idea what they have different from the gt's so i was wondering if anyone knew and whats different andthe hp #'s are and how can i tell its a real boss besides from the obvious stickers. thanks

I'm sure there's someone out there that knows about these in more detail.

From what I remember the SN-95 "Boss Shinoda" is a package the Larry Shinoda offered on the then new SN-95 Mustang. The kit featured decals in black or silver, a chin spoiler, deck spoiler, export wheel fender flares, and side exit exhaust. There was also a custom 6-spoke(?) wheel offered and some odds and ends. The kit was offered for both ther V6 and GT.

There's a series 1 kit (1994-1995?). And then a series 2 (1996-1998?). Regardless the decals changed slightly between the two. I'm guessing they made these kits for the 1999-2004 cars also.

I have the sales brochures on these, but not they're not handy.

I think I can recall that of few of these Shinoda's are incomplete builds. I believe Team Shinoda eventually backtracked and started to offer numbers to the vehicles that were built via kits by owners and dealers, but only if these cars featured "all" the Shinoda equipment and with the decals in the correct locations.

"I think" Larry offered the Boss kits after being asked to do the stripes for the 1994 corral SVE Boss engineering/show car.

No mods were dne to the motors. They had stock motors in 94-95. It was a graphics package and you could get the side exhaust kit.
