Cant change spark plugs on 01 S-281 Saleen...? Help!

Cant change spark plugs on 01 S-281 Saleen...? Help!
Hey guys, so I plugged the car into the computer and it says misfire on cylinders 1 and 3.
No problem, I bought 8 spark plugs and went home to change them. Removed the fuel rail on the drivers side and changed the plugs.
Then I went to the passenger side and its a nightmare man! Directly above the fuel rails is the air intake connected to the throttle body connected to the supercharger.
Now, Do I really need to disconnect the supercharger just to change some spark plugs? Seems kind of odd man. I know I definitely need to take out the intake and possibly the throttle body, but it really looks like I'll need to lift out the supercharger as well. Can this be?
If anyone has any tips, I would REALLY appreciate it! Thanks a ton guys!
