I recently installed the JDM stage 2 kit on my SC convertible. So far, it seems very stable, but it takes some getting used to. With the JDM tune, its a completely different driving experience. Stock the SC wouldnt spin up until 3-4k RPM. With the JDM setup, the SC engages when I hit second gear, and keeps pulling until you let off of the accelerator some. Drivability is good once you get used to the big change in the superchargers powerband. Im not sure what you mean by 'linear throttle movement'. I do have some issues with performance when the car is cold. I'm getting some stuttering until the car warms up some. Also, if you have an aftermarket throttlebody, you may have problems with this setup. I had a BBK TB and it caused big problems until I switched back to the stock TB.
