I've seen that car a few times, it IS stock it's just a GT with a Saleen supercharger, he's just a very good driver.
The drag times of the Saleen S281 vary heavily by year, but if you get an older one and put the updated tune on it it should be able to put down 12.4s consistently with any driver and some training based on many examples people already get with the newer updated cars.
This quick example shows what you can do if you upgrade the tune of an older car:
A 2007/2008 with the upgraded differential, 5 spokes, 3.73 gears and fresh tires, I'd say is capable of 11.99 stock.

Tip of the Month, October: Do not buy the $730 Roush Exhaust which a Mangnaflow rep says costs to $117 make (polished, all ss), buy the $170 Roush Exhaust Tips estimated to cost $46 to make and weld them to another company's muffler. This also lets you choose how your car sounds.

You're sure of that? Cause I just watched 3 youtube videos of 3 saleen s/c running low 13s and all of them were at 106mph
I hope its the heavy ass wheels killing these times cause that sucks for 465hp
If they are really producing 465hp at the crank (which they probably arent because Saleen always bull****s about power numbers), a low 12 second pass should be easy with grip...there are multiple stangs with 380-400rwhp easily in the 11's, its not hard if you can hook. Also, anyone using the big 20's wheels to get real track times is not too intelligent. I ran my car with the big 20's but I knew I wasnt going to get the times I wanted, it was just for fun
