I have not taken my 06 saleen s/c car to the track yet. I just added the blower to the car with the saleen extreme cold air. I curious to see what my car will run at the 1/4 mile track.

I had the car dynoed and it had 465hp to the rear wheels...........

And can I get more pics of your car?

Oh one more question. What year did they start offering navigation units in the saleens?

Nav was offered in 07+. Depends on what year. An 05-07 should be mid to high 12's. 08 S/C cars received a power boost.

mid to high 12's is it? Why does a 02 LS1 run low 13s yet a 475hp saleen can only do mid 12s?

I was hoping they could do low 12s stock and hit high 11s with a few mods

Are you comparing the Saleen to an '02 LSI (350hp) Vette (or any Vette for that matter)??? Vette's are two-seaters with plastic/fiberglass bodies, so they weigh at least 300 lbs. less. Two different animals entirely.

I remember seeing somewhere that the '06 Saleen SC convertible was the fastest 4-seater convertible you buy stock (i.e., off a dealer floor with no mods) under $100k, aside for the Extreme. That was 4 model years ago, during which engines have only become more powerful and efficient, so I don't know if that's still the case for the 2010 model year.

With different rear wheels and DR's, they are capable of low 12's, high 11's

You're sure of that? Cause I just watched 3 youtube videos of 3 saleen s/c running low 13s and all of them were at 106mph

I hope its the heavy ass wheels killing these times cause that sucks for 465hp
