Thanks for the input. I realize I can get close to 400 RWHP without porting the heads. I may have to yank my heads in either case, so I was just curious if anyone had tried it and what the results were.

Also, I live in CA, so LT's are just about out of the question, but maybe some mid-length headers instead. I suppose there must be a few CA leagal CAT assy's out there... I have always heard bad things about running underdrive pullies with the SC, not sure if its true though. Perhaps one of those MoSaleen Idler systems instead. A smaller crankshaft pulley would definitly push more boost, but I believe the 66mm pulley is about as hard as you want to push the Eaton anyway as it starts really heating the intake charge.

Not too knowledgable on the 99-04 saleens so I'll take your word on it. Not familiar with the blowers limitations.
