Anyone wanting to sell?
I have a 2002 saleen vert, and after giving my friend a ride in it he is very serious about getting one. However he wants a 2006+ because he likes the looks. He would be happy with just an S281 but would like a SC or E and no vert. So I was wandering if anyone here was trying to get ride of theres. Thanks for any help you can.

Sorry everybody he found a car yesterday, and is in the process of purchasing. He tradeing his 2001 Lightning, for a 2008 dark horse, after all he will be paying around $55,000 for it. I went with him and test drove it and wow what a car. Thanks for your replys though He will be on here soon with the pictures I will make sure of it.

What he is getting for his lightning I do not know. However He is military and when he showed the dealership that he has been in Iraq or Afgan. almost back to back for the last four years they cut him some slack as well as throwing 50,000 cash down got there heads spinning. He found it in North Carolina and I think but not for sure its number 16. He picked it up and drove it to New Orleans. He said it drove like a dream down but ate gas like crazy. He has alot of pic. he will put up when he gets back to North Carolina.

He threw down 50k to buy a Mustang?
Cool that he's buying, but dude... it's nice to know the Government is still teaching personal finance management the same way: not at all.
I'd LOVE to see that contract to see if they really gave him a great deal or just tore his head off as a thanks for serving.
