Get a twin screw supercharger. All the benefits of a roots style supercharger but with less heat.

PS-I have a roots s/c and it's awesome....but the twin screws are better designed.

Well as far as you buying a roush s/c, good luck. They dont make them anymore for our cars..... call stage3motorsports and see if bill cam help you find one. of keep an eye out on ebay/ect for a used one.

IMO, i wouldnt go saleen if you are looking for big power... Not that the blower isnt good or anything, just that they top out at around 500 or so. If you are looking for more than you will need to choose something else. You will need a fully built motor for anything over 450hp/tq, just to let you know...

Centri blowers aree great for track use! you can run them with 4.10 gears to decrease you 60' time and to bring the RPM up so that you hit boost. They make really good power on the top end. But if you dont go to the track and only drive it on the street, IMO. just get a roots style blower.

KB blowers are awesome. I had a 2.1 fo a good while and it was the sh1t! There is nothing out there like a KB as far as crazy low end tq. you make full boost at 2500rpm's! so if you car is mostly street, i would go this route. BTW, i made 397rwhp and 436 rwtq @ 9PSI before i sold it. Only reason i sold it was to upgrade to the kb 2.8l
Also, if you go with a roots type blower, i would not go any higher than 3.73 gears....
I am going to a 3.55. i have 3.90 now and just blow the tires off with them. I dont see 3.73 being a whole lot better.

I love the '03 Roush front bumper with a cowl hood.

"Best body" is your taste.

"Best SC" needs to be matched to your driving style and needs. Where do you want the power? How much do you want to spend? Those two questions will answer which blower set up is best for you.
