$85K holy cow. Well at 655hp they have the power. Just don't know if a lot of mustang owners will fork ove that much.

You can opt for the 700hp Challenger for the same price...lol

Saleen aside, either of them, the new Mustang is a dual edge sword. I love the new interior, but I don't know that it makes up for that ugly rear view. I love the way my new-edge Saleen looks, but getting that kind of power out of it will be difficult. I love to shoe-horn that 655 HP engine in my car, but that doesn't seem likely either as I have yet to see a successful completed project. So what's a horse power hungry guy to do?

Wow I didn't even notice the price.

That puts it in different territory indeed.

At that price, I can buy each of the pony cars (camaro, challenger, and base mustang) and have a full stable!

Or add a little to it and get a Viper or ZR1.

Makes 59K for the PJ actually start to seem reasonable! Yay!

For these prices, buy a GT from FORD or buy the 9999.99 package from MJ as soon as you get it pull the engine go forged, get the heads massaged, a set of cams, valves and springs, have the blower ported with 60lb injectors and tune it. the question--- GOT 720HP??? And it will outrun just about anything on the road for a lot less! Probably in the neighorhood of the price of a Roush.
