Default Front end black out....

I have already had the tails tinted, and now want to do the front. I supposed I will have to remove the mini lights and have them tinted, but what do I do for the headlights? I don't want to do anything permanent so I can be unrestricted at night. Will headlight covers for a GT work on the Saleed HID headlight housings? Are they the same basic shape and size as the FoMoCo housings? I went to all the local parts stores to see about getting a set, but since they are illegal in my state, the stores no longer carry them. I will have to order them from American Muscle, but before I spend 60 dollars on them, I'd like to have atleast a glimmer of hope that they will work. Any thoughts, suggestions or help?
