I agree totally with these comments. Salespersons, or should I say Real Salespersons should know what product they are selling. Options, specifications, production numbers, etc. They should also be able to point out specific advantages over the competition. I've bought several cobras where the salesman had no clue to the difference between SVT and a regular GT.
