06 Roush Stage 3 - engine code issue

Changed plugs and a couple of days later got engine code for ignition coil problem on #3. Cleared and got in back. Decided to change stock coils to Accel super coils. now got error code for #1, 2 and 4. But car is running great. Any ideas what the problem could be.

What plugs did you switch to?

Plugs should be HT0

Sorry for the delayed response, was off-line for a couple of days. Yes, the new plugs are Autolite Revolution HT 0. I cleared the code and ran the car, after about 30miles the check engine light cam on again, code this time was PO351, 352, 353, 354 ... but the car starts, idels and runs great. Best guess at this point is that I need to adjust the Misfire Monitor setting on the computer.
