2013 Mustang Roush S3 Oil Type

Hey guys, just recently aquired a 2013 mustang roush stage 3.. I was just wondering what type of oil does anyone recommend. I've been hearing just some conventional motorcraft synthetic 5w-30 oil.

Roush uses 5W-20 in them.

Nice ride. Seems familiar.
