hey everyone,
i am new to this forum and just picked up a 06 saleen s281 sc. i wanted some of your input on what are some good mods for it. im really happy with it but it could always be faster. i was also wondering if anyone has encountered any major problems with theirs.

this may be a stupid question, but how do you tell what # sallen you have? is it the number on the bumper? or is it written somewhere else?

I think you can get a dash plaque ordered if you give Saleen your vin. Pretty sure it's number will be on that. Did it not come with any of it's documents?

The # will be on the engine plaque, dash plaque & bumper. As far as mods, get yourself a tuner & get rid off the Saleen tune. It's pretty conservative. Then you can look at a pulley change.

generally a tune..intake,smaller pulley.spark plugs, dual fuel pump to get u going..

check out jdm or brenspeed..your head will spin..

im going to look into those tuning mods soon. cuz its fast but could be faster. no the car didnt come with any saleen paperwork, but all the plaques are there and the dask is signed.
