Suck thing as a Roush V6 Stage 2?
I heared that there is such thing as a Roush / Saleen V6s. True? If so, are these doable for Time Attack and or HPDE? What kind of suspension did they come with? Ger.

As far as I know, Roush is now offering an RS V6 mustang for 2014. The Stage 1 is a body kit. The Stage 2 is body kit and suspension mods. The Stage 3 is a supercharger engine mod along with kits from the two previous stages.
The 2005 S197 through the 2013 model year Mustang, Roush did not offer a V6 modification platform.
The only HPDE track day car with a tuner kit and a V6 engine was the Shelby Terlingua.

Depends on what platform you're hoping to get into.
Saleen made handful V6s in the SN95 chassis (94/95 only). Good luck getting your hands on one. All that I know of are owned by collectors who won't be letting them go. They have a full Saleen/Racecraft suspension under them. They were also supercharged (8psi Vortech). They lacked the Saleen body kit, though and featured the fox body Saleen wheels and a unique graphic package. The V6 Sport also had a limited run version of the S281 wing, but it was a 3 section wing that hung over the trunk lid edges.
Here is an old for sale ad to give you and idea.

Roush made V6 in the SN95 chassis (1995-2004 versions) in both "Sport" and "Stage 1". Sport was aero kit and exhaust. The S1 V6 cars got the full aero kit, 17" V6 wheels, exhaust and a V6 Roush suspension. Stage 1 also had the option for interior upgrades if they original owner wanted to pay for the upgrade. During 99-04 years, there were also Roush serialized "wing and wheel" packages where authorized Roush installers could put an assortment of Roush parts on a car to meet a specific order by a buyer. These are not as common, but are floating around.
In the S197 platform, Roush did offer both the RS V6 and the Roush "DUB" edition as a V6. The RS would be better suited for track events, as the "DUB" edition was heavy over sized chrome wheels and stickers. The RS had the option for any of the Roush suspension and brake upgrades at an extra cost.
I tracked my 2000 V6 Roush (#5004) for a little over a decade. By the time I was done with it, she was sitting on a full tubular suspension (based on the 2001 Roush Stage 3, with some improvements by me), Roush 13" brakes at all four corners, lots of weight reduction and a touch over 500hp @ wheels (yeah, I went a bit over the top with a V6)
