2013 Roush. Are the quarter window louvers glued on?

Don't get me started - if they are anything like my 2008 louvers, not only are they stuck on with automotive tape, but some "genious" at the Roush factory in Livonia SANDED the paint next to the window under the louvers! WTF! Now, I can't remove the louvers if I wanted to.
