Default running rich bank 1 & 2 saleen

I keep getting check engine light for running rich in bank 1 and 2. The car is a 2005 mustang GT with Saleen super charger. Has 100lb injectors all necessary fuel modifications all done by Saleen. The charger has been on since the car had 20k miles now it has 50k and now im getting that code. my wide band gauge says it isn't running rich and performance seems all the same. Need help

Forgot to mention after I changed the spark plugs on the car this started. The spark plugs where the originals and the gap was way over recommendation, they also looked horrible. The car would sputter a little in the higher rpms the new plugs solved the problem but now I have these codes... no misfire or running rough so I wouldn't suspect a bad spark plug especially not on both sides of the motor.

First thing I would do is calibrate the wideband. Innovate recommends a free air calibration every 3 months or 10k miles.

If the wideband calibration is good I'd move on to replacing the O2 sensors and see if the problem goes away.

I'd also think about going with a smaller set of injectors, you're running enough injector to easily support 1200 HP. I wouldn't be surprised if it is running rich, the injector pulse width can only be scaled back so far and I doubt it's enough to keep you from being overly rich at idle.
