Call Saleen and ask for TEAM SALEEN. They are the ones the keep the registry info and would be able to tell you how many cars were built identical to yours. As them to send you a copy of the Letter of Authenticity.
My guess is it is a 1 of 1 car as I have never seen another with Tan interior.
