do a search and you will find the diagrams and part numbers. it was the lower one for me and cost me $25 and 10 minutes. put your finger on it when it clicks to make sure that is the faulty one.

if you have LED turn signals or marker lights in the front, I have found that it really throws stuff off. my turn signals were doing all kinds of crazy things when I installed from LED marker lights...

door isn't stuck, you just have a couple of broken teeth on the cog that opens it. that's why you hear the clicks. it will likely get worse and fail at some point. but it is incredibly annoying.

its the blend door actuator. went on mine after 10,000 miles. easy fix to do yourself and costs under $25 bucks. do a search on the topic so you can figure out which of the 3 actuators it is.

if it's only A/Bs you put in, then no it's not too loud. the beauty of the Roush axlebacks is that you can keep them pretty quiet when you need to.

I had the same problem. I paid $500 for powdercoating, and they were too "milky" gray looking like a file...
