There is no "one size fits all" IAT temperature. My IAT's are higher than a N/A car because I am squeezing the air quite a bit even when not in boost....

Seriously, pick up a stock throttle body from someone, they aren't all that expensive. And get a set of stock coils. Those are for insurance purposes, because down the line you WILL have problems...

CHT is taken from the middle of the passenger side head. The sensor is in the valley under the intake. The CHT and indicated ECT won't be that far apart, I think your t-stat isn't functioning...
