LT's are an automatic fail, there are some shorties that are carb legal but you must keep the CAT's. I would think hot rod cams would be fine as long as you can pass the sniffer test.

I am running the bmr k-member with the 1/2" lower motor mounts and the bmr a-arms. I might switch it out to the race craft setup at some point, but the bmr k-member is a nice piece.

No it is not, especially on pump gas. I run E85 and don't run that much timing. Start with getting the cone filter and retune it if need be, I wouldn't be surprised if you picked up 10-15 rwhp.

CAI
4.10
LT headers
LCA & UCA
and a good tune, you will be very happy with a simple comb...
