180 is the preferred modders thermo temp for EFI cars. 195 is stock and is optimal for emissions standards.

The zip ties should be just fine. Crank down all 4 corners and it won't go anywhere.

You have 2 coolant sensors in the manifold, the 2 wire is for the computer. On the other side of the intake is a single wire sensor, that's for the gauge. You could tap it or drill/tap a new hole...

Some people purchase an IAC adjuster plate that allows fine tuning of idle with forced induction applications, but your problem is the MAF. You need one calibrated for 30# injectors.

Stock alternators put out a whopping 60 amps. If you want the dip in voltage to go away you'll need to do a 3G upgrade. They come in 110 and 130 amps.

Undo the tank straps and let it drop a few inches while pushing it towards the driver side. The filler hose goes into the grommet a good 4 inches.

Sounds like maybe a bad coolant temp sensor. The engine adjusts fuel curves based on the temp readings it provides.

A proper scanner is capable of doing those tests and reporting the results back to you. A real, shop scanner. Not an autozone scanner.
