we've replaced the ECM with a used one, and then a reman one from the auto parts store and its still doing it. also it doesn't have a chain or belt, its gear driven so cam timing can't be off.

I had a 570 once, the 600 holley was SOOOOOO much better. That being said you should be able to get 'er dialed in with what you've got. +1 for clunking while going into gear because it's idling...

well i guess we'll never know lol. fwiw a 302 with a performer rpm intake (non-airgap) and a holley 600 needs a low profile air cleaner to prevent from hitting the hood.

Trying to figure out which wires on the AOD's pigtail coming from the body get jumped for the neutral safety switch and which wires go to the reverse lights. This should be a easy one for you guys...

I know where you can pick up a sonnex billet servo and a freshly cut and cleaned 2800 stall converter for pretty cheap if you decide to buy the parts yourself.
