Mine are wearing out and I was wondering how tough it would be to replace them. I have 63K miles on it, no one else has even opened the hood. This looks like a pretty easy task.

If you are talking about the rubber sway bar bushings, they are not replaceable. You can replace the entire sway bar for around $300 each. I used H&R from American Muscle, took about 90 minutes each....

IMHO, life is too short not to enjoy every drive. I drive my 2012 3.7 nearly every day in Wisconsin-when the weather turns I put on the factory 17" wheels with Michelin winter tires and keep driving....
