It's the RPM's that are detrimental to oil pump gears, not power. With a power adder I would keep shift points around 7000 on the stock shortblock.

You will get a CEL for the rear o2's being turned off as well as COT.

There will also be issues with the 3.73's if your car didn't come with them but that's minor compared to the lack of cats.

Actually not on the 2011 up cars. Dyno tuning is a thing of the past. Data logging a tune on the street is now the way to go.

But there are tuners that can turn off the rear o2's and still have the readiness tests come up complete so you can pass emissions tests. There is a trick to it. Who's tune are you running?

To get the car to pass emissions there's a trick in the tune that can be done to have all the readiness tests working AND have the rear o2's turned off....

You still haven't stated if your car is a manual or an auto.
