The only way I figure trans fluid can get into the intake system is thru the vacuum modulator.
Vacuum mod must be leaking fluid.

As per the good advice above, there is enough oil thought out the entire system to keep things lubricated.

I found out on my car that power brakes are not needed once you convert to discs. It will have all the stopping power you need.
