Had this issue and turned out I had a broke wire...

Had this issue and turned out I had a broke wire inside one of the sensors, had to replace it problem solved! But they are a magnetic setup and stuff sticks and clogs them real easy, cleaning usually...

You will need a trans specific to whichever motor you go with, 4.6 you will need a trans out of a 4.6, 5.0 to 5.0, etc...... I'm not positive but you might need the driveshaft from whatever the trans...

I don't know about pulling that much weight with a 3.8, but I'm sure a hitch exists, I'd imagine it will require welding the hitch to the frame and cutting the plastic bumper.

If all of that is brand new I'd say a bad ground, but the vibration suggests something else bigger wrong than your charging system.
