1969 Non Tilt Steering Column Rebuild

Thanks for the pics. Those look really similar to mine. I have read some negative posts about those repop moldings not fitting correctly as well. I think I will check into getting them polished.

ok, I kept the wire from the switch to the coil (I cant upload a new diagram). When I turn the switch to ON, I get clicking at the relay.

The relay is the same that was used to start the engine...

well I may need to pull the pan regardless. I may have it reversed in that the ring is on the oil pan side. I can pull the shaft up out of the dizzy hole until about 3/4 of the way up and it catches...

Oil pump intermediate shaft

I recently dropped in my rebuilt 302 in my 69 and the intermediate shaft has come out of the oil pump. Would I be able to get it back in from the top or am I going to have to pull the pan?
