Mine did it and it was a cd stuck in opening just behind door which I was able to dislodge with another cd. this happened while unloading cd's and I found I had better luck if you hold the load...

I you pour the Marvel in each cylinder (as much as you can get in) then let it sit at least a week (make sure you put plugs back in) next step is to remove the plugs and try to turn with breaker bar....
