The tune is huge on automatic cars. Im going to guesstamate it worth about 3/10th. A stock stick shift V6 car would run 13.7s here in jersey no problem with a good driver and the factory V6 track...

The stock power supply to the pump is more than adequate. So the wiring going to the pump shouldn't be your problem. You can get a multimeter and check the voltage at the ECM. Should be close to 12...

I wouldn't replace the fuel lines. Check your fuel pressure at the schrader valve if you think it's fuel related. I would bet on the TFI module.
