Yes it is modded, pretty significantly. Around 500 hp to the flywheel.

Well there are two types of starters, "long snout" and "short snout" if you have a short and need a long or the other way around it won't contact. Or if you have an auto flywheel and not a manual.

Having my 9" rebuilt with a posi unit and 3.25 gears. They will be used gears, new bearings, and a rebuild posi all for $800. Is this a good deal or am i paying too much?

I would stick with the cast iron heads, those back in the today were designed to be basically what aluminum heads are today. I left them on my clevo and im making 500 hp to the flywheel. Just a waste...

I would just replace the trunk lid, get a used one for sure, pretty easy to find im sure. As for the gas tank good think you pulled that. Get a 70 22 gallon if you can, that's a good replacement.
