Oil consumption is normal during the break in period. After this period, if you are still using oil, then something is damaged. My 2013 never used any oil. I use good old Dinosaur Oil with the Zmax...

Your engine is broken in now. Most new vehicles have some oil consumption until the piston rings have sealed up.
