See if they have an epoxy dip, I dont think Redi does but they may spray it for you? If they wont get a cheap gun at harbor freight and some SPI epoxy and spray everything you can to prevent flash...

Yeah, don't do that. The outer skins could warp if you are not experienced with that kinda stuff, its fine for nooks n cranny's if you have the work space to make the mess.

Initially mine were quiet also, but they did open up slightly. I think more people would run this system if they knew it was not as loud as some of the more expensive kits that are harder to install....

I fail to see why it would need to fit over disk brakes? Just take a good tire off the car and put it on the front and put the small spare on a back wheel...provided they are stock drum.

Um...I thought the steering geometry was wrong from the get go, bump steer kits should not be needed and yet...., anyway it went away with my rack.
