Replaced the boots and coils on the COPs with some parts from duralast and got some NGK iridium plugs. Still have the issue but my car idles much nicer.

I had the fuel filter changed about a month...

The tool could be a clutch positioning tool. Could also be a locking lug nut key if you have locking lugs.

Yeah mines not constant either. Seems to happen only when my pedal is pressed down just a little, like light acceleration.

I was in the same boat you were. After reading some of the SR reviews I quickly decided to go with the MGW shifter haha.

Make sure you are getting the right shifter though. I almost ordered one...
