Funny how I use those 'inferior' 3 lug brakes on my 10 second race car and they seem to work great stopping it from 126+ MPH.

I'd rather use anti-seize on the crank sprocket as it makes it easy to remove just in case you ever need to do that.

Check the cam with a dial indicator on the rocker...

Check the cam with a dial indicator on the rocker arms, if it shows the lift being what it's supposed to be then the cam is good.....

Use a piece of window glass from the hardware store to check them.
Window glass is the least expensive flat surface I know of to check stuff...

Make sure that you still have some clearance...

Make sure that you still have some clearance between the valve guide and the retainer.
Also need to check the valve spring for clearance between the coils.
It could get real expensive if this areas...
