Yeah, that sounds like WAY to much slop in the steering lol. My car has no noticeable play, I'd investigate to see if its in the rack or steering shaft.

Best time with the AOD was a 13.5 @ 108, high 2.1 60ft was normal on street tires. It didn't have a traction problem out of the hole as my cam didn't start...
