What sites do u guys recommend to buy new parts. I've had my 67 mustang for 8 years now and it's been sitting for 3. i finally want to finish it up and need random things lol

i had both vins ran. Both came up clear and unregistered.
Dont see how that can happen since i have the title and plates under the '68 VIN.
Now i'm having my buddy running my plates to make sure...

well the original owner was a mechanic i used to know. He moved to a diff state now and i have no way of contacting him. I guess i'll just have to talk to the SOS or the DMV

It's about me having a screwed in VIN plate on my dash that will cause a cop if he pulls me over to take my car lol. Just trying to...

yeah thats where this one is. But it's screwed on w/ some regualar screws lol. It's not rivited or anything and it's kinda just floppin around.

yeah i'm going to have to take off my fender. I have a VIN imprinted in the metal but it is not actually on the fender. It's on the engine bay metal right where the fender bolts on.

the problem i have is nothing is the same from '67. The motor trans and rad. were all changed out.

found the answer to ur questions.
There is 5 wires, 3 come from the dist. 2 come from i'm not sure where? They go to a box mounted on the side of my engine bay.

thanks for the electrical fire comment lol. My teacher thinks that they go to the voltage regulator mounted on the side. He said i should be fine not connecting them

I finally got my engine put back in my stang and everythings done except for a few small things. How do i figure out the wiring for it. There is only 4-5 connectors to plug in. SHould i just guess...
