The rear ones on my '04 were frozen solid and I ended up replacing them, but you might get lucky.

I'm gonna go with a bad ground or battery connection. Check the easy ones at the battery first, then on to the starter post, etc.

Maybe you can get to it from the other side where the axle did come out. The axle has a center drill point on it, so you could perhaps fashion a bar with a center "bump" on it to locate...
